To fellow Entrepreneurs, Artists, NFT Creators, Domain and Crypto investors, thank you for reading my very first newsletter on Substack.

After 10 years publishing magazines and looking after small businesses advertising, branding, boosting their SEO and social media pages, this time, I am going to be writing to you about a new passion in my life which is:

• Domain investing which started when I sold my very first domain for $10,000 back in 2016 after a 6 months workstay in Dubai. The domain I sold for $10K was Mortgage.ae for a hold time of 2 months. After this first amazing sale I sold several other domains for $1000 and the biggest of them all was all my business IP’s which was a collection of 15 domains from Homes.mu / Hospitality.mu / Bazar.mu / LuxuryProperty.mu and 10 insurance domains such as CarInsurance.mu, TravelInsurance.mu domains name but a few.

My second passion since last year, is

• NFTs, you will discover on OpenSea marketplace my premium Web3 Domains plus my very own NFT collection The Famous Dodo.

The time is right now to get into Web3 Domain investing, NFTs and Crypto.

I took a lot of pleasure writing this newsletter with the sole goal to share these exciting Web3, NFTs and Crypto’s investment opportunities and advise. These are from my own research, personal work and investments which I created and discovered for my personal wealth creation in this digital world.

For the first time, I will not be writing about Homes.mu nor Real-Estate-Mauritius.com investment opportunities like I have for the past 10 years or promoting a Marketing Campaign for fellow advertisers products and services.

This time, I will be only writing to you about “The New Digital Revolution” which is unfolding before our very eyes.

Here is another similar post I did last week, on Mirror.XYZ, a new Web3 publishing tool which is taking the world by storm, which I discovered on DickLucas podcast which I also highly recommend.

In this difficult time, there are many opportunities and one must look for them.

In mid 2021, we saw a Digital Painting aka NFT - Non-Fungible token sell for $70M bought by the Singaporean Billionaire who goes by the Pseudonym on Twitter @Metakovan.

I urge you to read about this Crypto Billionaire’s life story, and how he turned a $5000 investment into $1B crypto portfolio. Vignesh’s NFT collection is priceless and probably already worth half a billion dollars. He is the one leading the show in the NFT world with his sub brand/companies The Dreamverse and The Metapurser.

I myself have been drawn into this space, by such leadership from @Metakovan who not only shocked the world by buying such an expensive amazing art piece from the leading 3D artist @Beeple who was in total shock when he saw his 5000 Days digital art piece go for that much, on a live feed from his Canadian home with his family. We were all able to see his reaction on main stream TV and this was the start of the NFT journey for millions. Thanks to @Metakovan and @TwoBadour.

Jeff Berwick needs no introduction to the crypto world and is the smartest of investors. He is the publisher of the DollarVigilante.TV, and offers a subscription newsletter which gives numerous tips on crypto market crypto movements and future predictions.

Crypto, like any other market, is volatile, and is subject to large fluctuations.

You need to know when to buy, when to sell and when to hold.

Same with your Domains and NFTs, they are all digital assets and there is no need to keep a lot of Domains, NFTs or Cryptos if you cannot convert them into Wealth IE - Property, Land, Vehicles or Cash.
